You must have an unlocked bootloader and be rooted. If you have not done this check out WugFresh's Toolkit or follow these manual instructions for Windows, Mac, or Linux
Flash a Jelly Bean ROM
Download a Jelly Bean ROM to your sdcard (Some ROMS require a Jelly Bean su.zip and/or Gapps file downloaded as well)
Backup your current ROM with Rom Manager Boot into recovery Do a full wipe as follows or you can flash this superwipe script to complete the wipes for you. This will not erase your sdcard. Doing this process will ensure no traces of ICS are left behind.
If needed flash the Jelly Bean su.zip and/or Gapps file Reboot Wait Wait & Wait - the initial boot can take up to 10 min For more detailed instructions go to How To Flash A Rom |
If you have general questions or comments about Jelly Bean check out this XDA thread Jelly Bean Info

Google Wallet Error Unsupported Device
This really is not a Jelly Bean issue, but I have seen it mentioned several times in the Jelly Bean threads. In fact it is not much of an issue at all. You can still use Wallet. The message is displayed when you use Google Wallet on a rooted device. When you root your device Google cannot guarantee security in Wallet. Again the Wallet app still works just fine.
